very nice console bowl in pink and black by Hull pottery from the Parchment Series. From the 50's, the piece is signed Hull and includes the number 71 and USA on the bottom. By 1952, the company changed its mark to simply "hull", verifying the age of this item.
In pre-loved condition there are no chips, cracks or crazing and the glaze colors remain shiny and scratch-free. Small manufacturers defect as shown in last pic. But that’s what makes this piece unique!
Hull began producing the pastel-tinted art pottery pieces in the 1940's, which began defining the Hull 'look'.
With an Art Déco style with smooth curves add to its organic design and makes for a lovely table centerpiece on its own or as a planter. This item will make any Hull collector happy!
